North Atlanta,GA- The Brookhaven Bucks have an exciting summer ahead of them during 2014’s Sunbelt League season. The Bucks will have fourteen home games at Oglethorpe University in Brookhaven and will travel away for fourteen others. The Bucks will have three Saturday afternoon games, one on June 7th against the Atlanta Crackers, another one on June 14th against the Gwinnett Tides, and the final one on July 19th against the East Cobb Patriots. All of these games will be played at 1:35 p.m.
Ten of the Bucks’ twenty-eight games will come against their division rivals, the Atlanta Crackers, the Windward Braves, and the Gwinnett Tides. The Bucks also have two doubleheaders scheduled this year, both with the Phenix City Crawdads. The Bucks will travel to the Crawdads for two games on June 21, with the first game starting at 1:35 p.m. The Crawdads will then travel to the Bucks two days later for their second doubleheader, with the first game starting at 5:15 p.m. The longest homestand for the Bucks this year is four straight games in Brookhaven June 11th, 12th, 14th, and 16th.
