Coach Crisler returns for his sixth season with the Bucks as the pitching coach for 2026. He took over as interim head coach at the 12th game of the season. He played college baseball for South Georgia College and was selected by the California Angels in the 8th round of the 1976 MLB draft. Since retiring as a professional baseball player in 1983, he has coached baseball at the college, high school and travel baseball, as well as working individually with young players on pitching and conditioning/velocity training.

Coach Graham is back for his fifth season on the Bucks coaching staff in 2026. He played professional baseball in the Dominican Republic for the Chicago White Sox Academy, Los Tipicos (Dominican Summer League) and Tigres de Licey (Dominican Winter League). Coach Graham has experience coaching collegiate summer baseball, youth travel baseball and high school baseball.
