After winning the 2026 Sunbelt Baseball League Championship Series on Saturday, Andrew Bernard (Brevard College) was named SBL Championship Series Most Valuable Player.

Bernard helped the Bucks sweep the best-of-three championship series by going 3-7 with 2 doubles, 5 RBI, 3 runs, 1 hit by pitch, 1 stolen base and 2 sacrifice bunts over the two games.

The championship was the third in Bucks franchise history, first since winning back-to-back in 2018 and 2019.
